We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. We have equity stakes in around 50 % of all producing assets on the NCS and are the 3rd largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway.

What to expect as a graduate within Project Development
As a graduate, you will be enrolled in Vår Energi’s graduate programme to build your network and take part in meaningful work from day one, such as:
- Perform equipment surveillance, optimization, troubleshooting and failure analysis for rotating equipment for an operated asset
- Support on-going projects and improvement initiatives within Machinery discipline Perform technical evaluations, with frequent guidance and mentoring
- Lead minor studies with frequent guidance and mentoring
- Work in a cross-discipline (technical, operations, maintenance, projects) environment and interface with vendors
Who are we looking for
- Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 with a minimum of Master's degree within relevant studies
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience after graduating
- Fluency in both oral and written English
