Summer Intern 2025 - Operations Administrator
Vår Energi is looking for proactive and highly motivated students to work for us throughout the summer of 2025.
As a summer student at Vår Energi you will be part of a company with ambitious growth plans and a commitment to deliver a better future. You will be included in the department activities and gain experience relevant to your studies.
The job includes:
Administrative Support:
- Efficiently manage and follow up calendar invites, arrange and coordinate meetings, dinners, visitor arrangements, transportations and various internal & external event plannings to ensure smooth operations.
- Information Management: Oversee the dissemination of information through email, TV screens and updates, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Technical support: Prepare various technical meetings, work with relevant IT systems and follow up on action points.
Desired Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Ability to coordinate and follow up on various projects and meetings, ensuring all action points are addressed. Good at identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing effective changes.
- Communication Skills: Strong in both written and verbal communication, both in Norwegian and English, to ensure clear and concise information dissemination. Ability to work with diverse teams and people, manage relationships, and coordinate with different stakeholders. Capacity to handle adhoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Technical support: Strong IT skills and a fast learner to manage technical tasks and follow up.

We aim to conduct virtual interviews during January. All applicants will receive feedback by mid-February 2025.

Who are we looking for?
- Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record
- Completed at least three years of university education prior to starting the internship
- Less than two years of relevant work experience
- Valid work permit for Norway
- English fluency
You are passionate about your field of study and are willing and eager to build and strengthen your skills and competency. You are able to work both independently and as a member of a team. You are positive and focused on solutions rather than problems.
