We are looking to strengthen our teams in Florø and Stavanger and have opportunities for:
Logistics Coordinator in Florø, where you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of materials and logistics services supporting offshore operations.
You will:
- Coordinate logistics services across multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Plan and follow up material flows to ensure timely delivery and accurate system registration.
- Monitor logistics performance and manage operational challenges, risks and deviations.
- Contribute to operational campaigns, projects and shutdowns.
- Drive continuous improvement through optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of logistics processes.
- Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
And Logistics Advisor Aviation in Stavanger, where you will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and compliant aviation services supporting Vår Energi's offshore operations.
You will:
- Act as Vår Energi’s leading aviation advisor, providing subject matter expertise and day-to-day operational support, ensuring sufficient aviation capacity and supporting the strategic development of aviation services.
- Manage aviation-related contracts and suppliers, including performance management, HSE and risk oversight, financial follow-up and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be responsible for Vår Energi’s aviation and helideck governance framework, ensuring effective processes, procedures, standards, operational requirements, and regulatory
compliance. - Represent Vår Energi in internal and external aviation forums, leading follow-up of incidents, findings, audits and corrective actions, while monitoring industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliant aviation services.

Background and Experience
Logistics Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree within Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience within logistics, material management, supply chain, operations support, or a related discipline.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Experience with ERP and logistics systems; knowledge of SAP, Kabal, or similar systems is considered an advantage.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Advisor Logistics Aviation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree within Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Relevant working experience may compensate for lacking formal education.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience within aviation, offshore logistics, aviation management, flight operations, or a similar field.
- Solid understanding of offshore aviation operations and the transportation of personnel and cargo to offshore installations.
- Experience in managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers in a safety-critical operational environment.
- Good knowledge of applicable regulatory, operational, and safety requirements related to offshore aviation.
- Experience with contract management, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance operational, commercial, and safety considerations in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
