We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Project Development.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as: 

  • Contribute to material selection for subsea and topside applications, with focus on safe, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions
  • Support qualification and follow-up of suppliers to ensure materials meet technical requirements and project specifications
  • Participate in welding, fabrication, and testing activities, contributing to consistent quality across deliveries
  • Support corrosion management and mitigation activities to maintain asset integrity and operational reliability
  • Contribute to failure investigations and root cause analyses, applying lessons learned to improve designs and work processes
  • Apply relevant standards, codes, and company requirements in your daily work
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver practical and robust engineering solutions 

 

You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who: 

  • Are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master’s degree within relevant studies
  • Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
