Graduate 2027 - Project Systems Engineer

We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within the Quality & Risk area in Project Development.  

As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. 

We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). 

With equity stakes in around 50% of all producing assets on the NCS, we are the third largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway. 

We are 1,400 skilled and engaged employees, located offshore and at our offices in Hammerfest, Florø, Oslo and Forus outside Stavanger. 

As a graduate within the quality & risk area you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as: 

• Maintain high-quality project data and system performance
• Support AI, knowledge bases and digital workflows
• Help users adopt the system and work more effectively
• Drive improvements that make project execution simpler and smarter
• Cross-functional collaboration 

You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who: 

• Are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master’s degree within relevant studies
• Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
