We are looking for advisors to join our experienced People & Organisation team. As part of this team, you will work at the intersection of people, business and technology, helping shape how we develop our organisation. Our team work across a broad range of people and organisation topics, including workforce planning, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and change initiatives.

You challenge established ways of working constructively, drive progress and turn ideas into action while helping leaders and teams to succeed. Also, you are comfortable navigating complexity.

Background and experience

 

  • Relevant master's degree, such as people and organisation, business administration, finance, technology, organisational psychology or another related discipline. 
  • Preferably 2-5 years’ experience from one or more people disciplines, including advisory, talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, or talent acquisition. 
  • Experience in partnering with leaders and supporting business and organisational priorities. 
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and people processes. 
  • Experience from managing multiple stakeholders and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities. 
  • Interest and a certain level of fluency in digital technologies, people analytics and AI-enabled ways of working.
