About the positions
We are looking for advisors to join our experienced People & Organisation team. As part of this team, you will work at the intersection of people, business and technology, helping shape how we develop our organisation. Our team work across a broad range of people and organisation topics, including workforce planning, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and change initiatives.

Background and experience
- Relevant master's degree, such as people and organisation, business administration, finance, technology, organisational psychology or another related discipline.
- Preferably 2-5 years’ experience from one or more people disciplines, including advisory, talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in partnering with leaders and supporting business and organisational priorities.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and people processes.
- Experience from managing multiple stakeholders and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Interest and a certain level of fluency in digital technologies, people analytics and AI-enabled ways of working.
