We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. We have equity stakes in around 50 % of all producing assets on the NCS and are the 3rd largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway.
We are 1400 skilled and engaged employees, located offshore and at our offices in Hammerfest, Florø, Oslo and Forus outside Stavanger.
What to expect as a graduate within Supply Chain Management
As a graduate, you will be enrolled in Vår Energi’s graduate programme to build your network and take part in meaningful work from day one, such as:
- Contribute in the multi-functional SCM team, including contracting, purchasing, logistics and material management
- Contribute in SCM improvement activities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost saving and value creation
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to improve performance and ensure timely and safe deliveries
Who are we looking for
- Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 with a minimum of Master's degree within relevant studies
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience after graduating
- Fluency in both oral and written English
