Sr. People Tech Analyst

We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented Sr. People Tech Analyst, to play a key role in transforming our HR operations through digital tools and processes. This role focuses on optimizing and streamlining HR operations through innovative technology solutions.   
You will be part of an engaged team and be a driving force to ensure delivery and improvement of our annual processes and project deliveries. You will report to People & Communications Operations Manager and be involved in both strategic and operational work. 
 

Main Tasks

  • Design, implement and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and other HR digital solutions (payroll, time writing, etc.) 
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all HR digital solutions 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements 
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for updates, integrations and new implementations 
  • Partner to P&C leadership, identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements 
  • Provide support to P&C on system-related issues 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s - or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HRIS or HR technology roles 
  • Proficiency in design and maintenance of HR software 
  • Preferred experience with SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Fluent written and spoken English 
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor law and best practices
