Workforce & Organisation Manager
About the position
We are looking for a Workforce & Organisation Manager to lead the development of key frameworks, processes and initiatives that ensure Vår Energi has the organisational capabilities, skills and workforce required to deliver on our strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and further developing our workforce and organisation agenda, including strategic workforce planning, organisational design, internal mobility, skills and competency management, talent attraction and job architecture. You will work closely with senior leaders across the company to translate business priorities into workforce and organisational actions, while leveraging technology, data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
The position offers a unique opportunity to influence how Vår Energi develops the organisation and capabilities needed for the future and to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across functions and business areas.

Background and experience
- Relevant higher education within business, organisational development, HR, strategy, economics or a related discipline.
- Proven experience from workforce planning, organisational development, transformation, management consulting, HR strategy or similar fields.
- Experience developing and implementing organisational frameworks, governance models and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics and digital solutions to support decision-making and business outcomes.
